Currently, we ship CHUSYYRAY brand products within the United States. We also offer global international shipping, but please note that shipping times may be longer, typically around 7-16 business days.

Shipping Options and Fees

For customers within the United States, we offer three shipping options. Standard shipping is free and usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive within the US. Priority shipping costs $15.99 and typically takes 2-3 business days. For customers who require extra security, we now offer UPS® Ground with Signature (1-5 days) for $25.99. This service requires a signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your package. When customers choose this shipping option, we also require a phone number.

Processing Time

Before shipping, we need 24-48 hours to process and match your model. Our processing time is Monday through Friday.

Delivery Time

Our goal is to process and ship your order quickly and efficiently. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, customs, or shipping issues).

Your shipment should take 2-5 business days to reach your address within the United States. Please note that any delivery dates provided by CHUSYYRAY are estimated dates and not guaranteed dates. We will send you an email notification once your order has shipped. If you have registered with us, you can also view your order and shipping information on your CHUSYYRAY account. Alternatively, you can track your order using the tracking number provided via USPS.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes between the parties shall be resolved in the Superior Court of Ventura County, California. If either party brings any action arising out of this policy, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred.
