Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-day return and refund policy. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, contact us at support@chusyyray.com within 60 days of purchase. Please provide photos or videos showing the issue with the product. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all paperwork intact. We do not accept returns if the product is not defective, not resellable, or if incorrect information was provided in the order.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the inspection is completed.
Return Address
Contact us at support@chusyyray.com for the return address. Do not return items without confirmation from us.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company and bank. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@chusyyray.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@chusyyray.com.
